Role Description This is a full-time remote role as an Accountant at Shine Logistics. The Accountant will handle daily financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling accounts, processing payroll, and supporting the annual budget process. The role also requires ensuring timely and accurate filing of tax returns and other financial reports, as well as collaborating with various teams to manage financial data and processes efficiently. Qualifications Strong proficiency in accounting principles, financial statements preparation, and account reconciliationExperience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processingProficient use of accounting software and tools; familiarity with ERP systems is a plusExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of tax filing regulations and financial complianceEffective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teamsAbility to meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and work independently in a remote environmentBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification is a plusPrior experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is preferred
