Sleek has been recognised by The Financial Times, The Straits Times, Forbes and LinkedIn as one of the fastest growing companies in Asia.Backed by world-class investors, we are on track to be one of the few cash flow positive, tech-enabled unicorns based out of Singapore.RequirementsWe are now searching for an Accountant based in India to support our growing Accounting Team in the United Kingdom, remotely.Mission: Deliver high quality accounting services to a portfolio of clients in the UK.Outcomes:Support the Client Manager/ Accounting Manager to deliver high quality accounting services to a portfolio of UK SME clients including bank reconciliations, fixed assets, register, raising journals and preparing financial reportsPreparing Unaudited Financial Statements, VAT quarterly submissions, and payroll support for clientsUnderstand and adhere to UK financial regulations and legislationWork with internal stakeholders and third-party consultants on specificationsTo do this you will have:Recognised degree/diploma in AccountancyAt least 3 years of UK Accounting experience Experience managing a portfolio of clientsGood understanding of IFRS and regulatory complianceHighly proficient in Excel, Xero, Dext and Quickbooks, additional software advantageous High level of accuracy and attention to detail, proactive and self driven, good interpersonal and communication skills and English fluencyBehavioural fit is also important at Sleek, and we will be looking for candidates that have a proven track record of embodying the below attributes in their recent roles:Ownership: This shows reliability and helps build trust within the team.
