Role Description This is a full-time Accountant position based on-site in Bengaluru. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, processing invoices, and ensuring compliance with legal and tax regulations. Daily tasks include budgeting, monitoring transactions, reconciling accounts, supporting audits, and assisting management with financial planning and decision-making. Qualifications Proficiency in Accounting software and tools such as Tally, QuickBooks, and Microsoft ExcelStrong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and compliance regulationsSkills in financial planning, budgeting, and expense monitoringAttention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and time management skillsExcellent analytical and numerical skills with a strong sense of accuracyBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA/CMA certification is a plusExperience in the construction industry or a similar sector is advantageousStrong interpersonal and communication skills for effective team collaboration
