The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of accounting principles and practices, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.Responsibilities:• Manage and maintain all accounting records using QuickBooks Online.• Prepare and file US federal and state tax returns.• Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.• Reconcile accounts and prepare monthly financial statements.• Analyze financial data to identify trends and insights.• Assist with internal and external audits as required.• Provide financial advice and strategy to clients.Required Experience and Qualifications:• Proven experience working as an Accountant with a focus on QuickBooks Online.• Extensive knowledge of US tax regulations and experience in tax preparation.• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.• Excellent organizational and time management skills.Preferred Skills:• CPA designation is a plus.• Familiarity with accounting software and tools in addition to QuickBooks Online.• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.• Experience in a client-facing role.Personality:• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.English Level:C2Schedule:FlexibleSalary and Benefits:Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.
