The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Core duties include processing invoices, reconciling accounts, managing payroll, and collaborating with teams to provide financial insights. The role also involves preparing financial reports, analyzing data, and supporting audits to maintain accurate financial practices within the organization. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Tax ComplianceProficiency in Financial Analysis, Budget Management, and Data ReconciliationExperience in the use of Accounting Software and Digital ToolsExcellent Analytical Skills and Attention to DetailStrong Communication, Organizational, and Time Management SkillsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldPrevious experience in a similar role; familiarity with Romanian financial regulations is preferredFluency in English and Romanian languagesProfessional accountant certification (e.g., CECCAR or ACCA) is an advantage
