Your activitiesMaintaining Accounts Receivable and Payable including invoice processing by ensuring timely and accurate recording of transactionsManaging Reconciliation including month-end year-end close as well as bank reconciliationsGeneral Ledger Maintenance by Maintaining the integrity of the general ledger and reviewing&posting journal entries with accurate coding of transactionsExpense Management by ensuring compliance with company policies and proper classification and justification of expensesFixed Asset management by maintaining the fixed asset register, recording asset acquisitions and disposals, calculating depreciation, and reconciling fixed asset balancesPayroll Processing including all local tax calculations and ensuring the timely processing of payroll transactions, salary payments, tax withholdings, and benefit or deductionsFinancial Reporting to Prepare and analyze financial statements (such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, internal Margin or Order Intake reports) on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standardsPerforming bank reconciliations to ensure that all transactions are properly recorded in the accounting system and reconciled with bank statementsAnalyzing bookkeeping data to identify trends, and opportunities for improvement.
