Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Gold Coast. The Accountant will handle a range of financial tasks, including preparing financial statements, managing budgets, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Other responsibilities include analyzing financial data, preparing reports, reconciling accounts, and collaborating with team members to improve financial practices and provide accurate financial information for decision-making. You will play a vital role in supporting clients and internal stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy and operational excellence. Qualifications Strong proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and preparing financial statementsExpertise in taxation, compliance, and regulatory requirementsSkills in account reconciliation, transaction management, and analyzing financial dataExperience with accounting software and toolsExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilitiesExceptional communication and collaboration skills for team and client interactionsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related toolsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)CPA or equivalent certification is a plusPrior experience in an accounting firm or related industry is highly desirable
