Job Description
Complete monthly, quarterly and annual tax declaration work on time, covering various statutory taxes such as PAYE, SDL, NHIMA, NAPSA, WHT, VAT, etc., proficiently operate the online declaration system of the Zambian Taxation Authority (ZRA), ensuring tax compliance.Regularly prepare financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, etc.), ensuring the authenticity and fairness of the statements, providing reliable financial data support for management decisions.Assist in completing annual financial audits and tax inspection-related work, cooperate with the auditing institution to provide the required accounting materials and explanations, follow up on the rectification and implementation of audit issues.Be responsible for the accounting management of the company's fixed assets and intangible assets, accrue depreciation and amortization in accordance with Zambian tax laws, conduct regular asset inventories to ensure consistency between accounts and physical assets.Properly keep accounting vouchers, ledgers, statements and other financial archives, establish a sound archive management system, in line with relevant regulations and the company's internal management requirements.Pay attention to the updates and changes of Zambian tax policies and accounting regulations, promptly feedback the impact of policy adjustments on the company to the management, and propose reasonable tax planning suggestions.Cooperate with other work of the finance department, complete temporary financial tasks assigned by superiors.
