This role is for one of Zepcruit's clients.The Assistant Manager – Accounts will be responsible for supervising daily accounting operations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, finalization of accounts, and supporting the CA/Higher Authority in financial reporting and audits. This role requires both technical expertise and leadership to guide a small team of accountants.________________________________________Key Responsibilities Accounting & ComplianceOversee day-to-day accounting (AP, AR, payroll, bank reconciliations).Assist in finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts. Financial Control & AnalysisMonitor cash flow, vendor payments, and receivables.Prepare budget vs. actual reports, variance analysis.Support internal and statutory audits, coordinate with auditors/CA. Team SupervisionGuide and review work of junior accountants/executives.Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in financial records.________________________________________Qualifications & Skills Experience of Handling Ecommerce Accounting. 5–8 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance. Hands-on with Tally ERP
