Accounting and Reporting Lead

For one of our clients, we are currently looking for an experienced Accounting & Reporting Lead to join their finance team.What you'll do:Lead budgeting, forecasting, and business performance reportingMonitor and improve internal control frameworksAct as sparring partner to the Site Managing DirectorTranslate financial data into actionable business insightsOversee Accounts Payable processes and delaysCollaborate with the Global Finance Centre (GFC) and ProcurementSupport external audits and group accounting guidelines (IFRS-based)About you:HBO degree in Finance/Accounting with 5+ years of experienceStrong knowledge of accounting, controlling, SAP, and IFRSAble to communicate financial insights in business languageExperience in a production/manufacturing environment is a plusFluent in English (Dutch is a bonus)Collaborative, analytical, and proactive mindset
