Our mission is to protect businesses and individuals by combining AI-driven innovation with local expertise, delivery clarity, precision and decisive action in digital fraud prevention.RoleTo support our growth, we are looking for an experienced finance manager with an audit background to oversee our financial operations and provide strategic financial guidance to the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and audit, and will be able to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders. The candidate will report directly to the Head of Finance.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and controls that are in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirementsPrepare and present financial reports, including monthly and annual financial statements, to senior management and other stakeholdersOversee financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable and cash managementCoordinate with external tax consultants to prepare and review accurate tax reporting to Indonesian tax authoritiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure that all financial reporting deadlines are metManage the annual audit process and liaise with external auditorsDevelop and implement internal audit programs, including risk assessment and audit planningSupport Legal function with tax and financial compliance mattersAssisting our Legal and Business Development functions in advising possible tax risks for transactionsEnsure compliance with internal control procedures and regulatory requirementsTrain and mentor staff in the finance department to ensure accurate financial reporting and effective communication with external auditorsDevelop and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other key stakeholdersOther responsibilities as may be required from time to timeQualificationsBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related fieldProfessional certification such as CPA, CIA, or CMA is preferredStrong accounting foundation and knowledge, preferably with 6 to 7 years of experience in financial management, accounting, and auditExperience in a public accounting firm, preferably a Big 4 firm and working in a regulated financial service businessExperience with financial software and systems, including Microsoft Excel, Xero, and ERP systemsStrong domain knowledge on credit, specifically small business lending is strongly preferredDemonstrated experience leading and building cohesive, high performing teamsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skillsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Bahasa Indonesia and EnglishBenefitsChallenging role in a startup environment with strong growth ambitionsMeaningful work toward the Company’s social impact mission and visionCompetitive compensation and benefitsPowered by JazzHR6j1sjKEBNr
