Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site Accounting Assistant role based at KL ECO City (Malaysia). The team member will use XERO to manage all aspects of accounting (AP & AR), prepare monthly management reports and reconciliations, perform system-generated forecasting, maintain the AI dashboard, monitor transactions, and ensure compliance with accounting standards in Malaysia and Australia. The XERO system produced monthly management reports is reviewed by the External Group Accountant and provided to Management. Preparation and submission of all statutory reports verified by an external Group Accountant. Support external accountants both in Australia and Malaysia by maintaining data on time each week. Assist with office administration and management, vendor management, and documentation control.Mandatory Requirements. Able to work at KL Eco City, Malaysia. Degree-qualified in Accounting with skills in Financial Reporting, Analysis and problem-solving abilities. Mandatory experience in XERO and Google Sheets. Excellent written and spoken English communication and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations. Experienced in financial management, budgeting, administration, and document control.
