Accounting Assistant / Junior AccountantPalermo, Buenos Aires – Full-time | On-siteWe are looking for a recently graduated Accounting Assistant or Junior Accountant to join a dynamic multi-company environment, with exposure to accounting, financial management, and direct interaction with senior leadership.ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting operations, including transaction recording in Contabilium and QuickBooks, invoicing, payments, and reconciliationsSupport financial management activities such as cash flow tracking, budget follow-up, and coordination of payments with clients and vendorsPrepare financial and expense reports, assist with financial statements, and provide profitability insightsSupport legal and regulatory processes, including documentation for public entities, corporate filings, and registry proceduresMaintain organized filing systems and contribute to the development of accounting procedures and internal controlsProvide administrative support to managers and executives through reports, presentations, and key documentationRequirementsRecently graduated in Accounting (professional license is a plus)Experience in accounting-related tasks and familiarity with accounting tools/systemsStrong ownership, adaptability, and a hands-on mindset; able to prioritize, communicate clearly, and adapt quickly to changeWe offer a stable full-time position with growth opportunities in a hands-on, professional environment.Interested?
