Job Description

Assistant Manager Responsibilities:Manage client relationships by monitoring client needs and building value into professional service.Serve as a key point of contact on day-to-day accounting matters for the clientUtilize technology to properly account for all accounting transactions for the client in real-timeReview month-end balancing and journal entries and provide and analysis of GL accounts.Review reports, returns, and other documents are required, including sales tax reports, year-end tax forms, monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements and other reports required by clientsMake recommendations on how to streamline processes for our clientsOversee a teams of 1-5 peopleProvide mentoring and technical training for staff in the accounting service area.Participates in the area of business developmentQualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related discipline required.At least 5+ years of experience in the field of accountingPrior experience preparing information for audits.Strong knowledge of the Thai Revenue CodeProficiency in Microsoft Word, Access, and ExcelExperience in accounting software and system. Xero is a plusCPA, Tax Auditor, or other international accounting qualification is a plusAbility to prioritize and juggle concurrent demands.Good command of English both verbal and written.
