Who We Are?As one of the leading companies in the Food & Beverage Services field, we are looking for enthusiastic, dynamic and quality-oriented colleagues to join our innovative, dynamic team for the position of “Accounting Assistant Manager” located in our Head Office.General Qualifications:A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus),At least 10 years of experience in accounting, including the last 3 years in a managerial role,Experience in accounting for the Food & Beverage industry (e.g., hotels, restaurants) is a plus,Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications and strong knowledge of ERP systems,Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal),Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a high sense of responsibility,Proven experience in team management; strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills,Team-oriented mindset with the ability to build professional relationships across departments,Detail-oriented, results-driven, proactive, and open to continuous learning,CPA certification is required.Job Description:Coordination and communication with related departments,Preparing declaration of VAT, Corporate Tax and Temporary Tax,Knowledge about the inflation accounting process,Ensure the monthly close is complete with all ledger accounts,Knowledge about the e-invoice and e-ledger,Take an active role for audit processes,Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards regulation and company policy,Provide Top Management with the information vital to the decision-making process.
