This position plays a key role in supporting accounting and operations for our operating entities. The ideal candidate will support financial operations by handling invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable oversight, and assisting with monthly reconciliations and closingsKey Responsibilities:• Maintain customer account records• Respond to customer account inquiries and ensure follow-up and resolution• Generate customer invoices; post customer payments and follow up on outstanding receivables• Process Accounts Payable• Support sales staff needs as required• Process employee monthly expense reporting• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial accounts monthly• Assist with journal entries, accruals, and month-end closing procedures• Work with third party to coordinate filing of monthly sales tax returns• Maintain organized records and support audit preparation• Perform general administrative and office duties as neededQualificationsAssociates degree in Accounting or related field (preferred)Minimum of 2 years experience in an accounting support roleProficiency in Microsoft ExcelKnowledge of Oracle Netsuite software a plusStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
