Accounting Contract Manager (External Provider)

A Snapshot of Your DayAs a Service Provider Manager on the customer side, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our accounting service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet business needs. You will act as the main connection between internal collaborators and service providers, ensuring performance, adherence, and continuous progress.How You’ll Make An ImpactSupport contract negotiations, renewals, amendments, and ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.Handle operational contract activities including claims, terminations, and side letters.Monitor service provider performance against SLAs/critical metrics and conduct regular service reviews and audits.Identify and implement service improvement initiatives to improve delivery and efficiency.Cultivate positive relationships and facilitate communication between service providers and internal collaborators.Track service costs, ensuring budget alignment and value delivery.What You Bring5+ years of experience in service provider management, accounting, or a similar field.Deep understanding of contract management, procurement processes, and collaborator coordination.Proven track record to prioritize effectively while maintaining focus on results.Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.Analytical approach with excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience with a proactive, goal-oriented approach.About The TeamOur Corporate and Global Functions are essential in driving the company's strategic initiatives and ensuring operational excellence across various departments, business areas, and regions.
