This position is open to candidates who hold a Certified Public Accountant (SMMM) license.Key Responsibilities:Manage and develop all operations and personnel within the accounting department.Ensure accurate and timely preparation and reporting of taxes, social security (SGK) processes, tax declarations, statutory ledgers, and financial statements.Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and financial reports, and present them to senior management.Maintain accounting records in full compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.Prepare necessary documents and information for internal and external audits; manage audit processes.Stay up to date with legal regulations and changes in accounting practices; implement them within the company.Oversee training, performance, and career development processes for employees in the accounting department.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related fields (Master’s degree is preferred).Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting, including at least 5 years in a senior management role.Strong command of Turkish accounting and tax regulations, as well as international accounting standards.Proven experience in all accounting processes, including balance sheets, income statements, statutory ledgers, and tax declarations.Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications.Advanced written and spoken English proficiency.Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and drive organizational development.Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.Application Process:If you are ready to bring your expertise and leadership to ISS Türkiye, we encourage you to apply today.
