Accounting Expense Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Expense Specialist to join our Alpharetta, GA team. If you’re looking for a role where your accuracy and reliability directly contribute to company success, this is the position for you.What You’ll DoCollect, review, and enter all employee and corporate credit card expense reports in a timely manner.Track, report, and coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and registration renewals.Record and monitor consumable purchases while maintaining accurate consumables inventory.Maintain accurate equipment records across company locations.Provide general administrative support to the operations and accounting teams.What We’re Looking ForA dependable, detail-focused professional with strong organizational and time management skills.Prior experience in accounting support, invoicing, or administrative coordination.Proficiency with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); comfort learning new systems and databases.Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow through consistently with vendors and team members.A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under deadlines.
