Accounting/Finance Manager

Manage the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial statement preparationPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and provide analysis and recommendations to senior managementOversee the implementation and maintenance of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controlsCollaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-makingSupervise and develop the accounting team, ensuring efficient and accurate workEnsure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and lawsWhat We're Looking ForDegree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in a similar accounting/finance management role, preferably in the insurance industryStrong technical accounting and financial reporting skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesProficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applicationsEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and lead a teamCertified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is preferredAPPLY NOW!!
