Our mission is to build a future-proof ecosystem of solutions that propels traditional businesses forward by integrating cutting-edge technology and innovative practices.About The RoleWe are looking for a Senior /AM Level of Accounting & Finance to take ownership of the company’s day-to-day accounting and financial operations.This role is responsible for overseeing month-end and year-end closings, ensuring compliance with tax and statutory requirements, and providing accurate financial reports to management.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage the company’s daily accounting and finance functions, ensuring transactions are recorded accurately and in accordance with accounting standards.Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including cash flow reports and management summaries, ensuring timely submission to management and external stakeholders.Monitor and control financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, to support business decision-making.Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with statutory and corporate requirements.Review and ensure accuracy of tax computations, financial schedules, and audit documentation before submission.Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management for cost optimization and business performance improvement.Coach and guide accounting staff to ensure effective workflow and professional development within the team.Perform ad-hoc analyses and special projects as assigned by management.About YouBachelor’s degree in Accounting and holding CPD license is a must.5 – 10 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior role.Strong knowledge of Thai accounting standards (TFRS) and taxation regulations; familiarity with international standards is a plus.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, Netsuite, SAP) and Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively across departments and with external parties.Ability to lead, coach, and develop junior accounting staff.Good command of English for reporting and correspondence (both written and spoken).
