Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accounting Head role located in Parañaque. The Accounting Head will oversee the company's financial operations, including preparing and reviewing financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing financial reporting. They will lead the accounting team, analyze financial data to guide decision-making processes, and ensure the organization’s financial stability and efficiency. Other responsibilities include streamlining accounting processes and contributing to strategic financial planning. Qualifications Strong expertise in Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and General AccountingProficient in Finance and possessing strong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-makingProven leadership abilities and experience managing accounting teamsSolid knowledge of accounting principles, compliance, and financial regulationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is a plusProficiency in accounting software and financial management toolsExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
