BlueMedia Vietnam entered the Vietnamese market in 2023, providing diversified marketing and communication services.Job Title: Accounting InternDepartment: Finance & AccountingJob Type: InternshipDuration: 3-6 monthsAbout the Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Intern to support our finance team in various accounting and administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in accounting while assisting with key processes, including payments, invoices, bank transaction verification, and report preparation.Key Responsibilities:Overseas Payment Support:Assist in preparing documentation for upcoming overseas payments.Invoice Collection and Verification:Cross-check and gather invoices from suppliers to ensure all payments made are properly documented.Assist in tracking and reconciling unpaid invoices for future payments.Bank Transaction Verification:Review and clarify bank transactions from bank statements. Collect supporting documents.Accounts Receivable (AR) Aging Report:Assist in updating and maintaining the AR aging report, tracking overdue accounts and payments.Ad-hoc Support:Support the accounting team with other tasks as needed.Assist in organizing financial documents and maintaining an efficient filing system.Participate in special projects and financial audits as required.Skills & Qualifications:Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.Proficient in MS Office.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.Ability to maintain confidentiality and work within a team environment.Why Join Us?:This internship will provide invaluable exposure to the day-to-day operations of a finance team, giving you the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals in a dynamic environment.
