Heute präsentieren wir neben Lederwaren und Accessoires auch Mode- und Schuhkollllektionen sowie Uhren und Schmuck.In unserem Head Office in München besetzen wir ab dem 01.10. folgende Position für eine Dauer von 6-12 MonatenPRAKTIKANT/-IN ACCOUNTING (M/W/D)Job responsibilitiesObjectives of this roleSupport the company in optimizing our financial transactions and systems by performing reconciliation of payments and customer accountsCommunicate discrepancies to accounting-managerSupport the relationships with our stores by constant input and feedbackExercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting, and comply with national and group financial requirementsResponsibilitiesDaily control, follow-up and documentation of retail and digital sales in our POS and in SAP to ensure matching figuresDaily control of all means of payments (cash, bank transfer, credit cards, gift certificates, credit notes) and precise documentation and follow-upWeekly control of AR-KPIWeekly control of all open items (focus on bank transfers, deposits, refunds, cash, credit notes)Maintain accounts receivable data on Teams to ensure it’s up to date at any timesSupport accounting-team member who manages ARProfileRequired Skills And QualificationsStrong analytical skillsExcel-skills and SAP-skills ideallyInterest in basic principles of finance, accounting and bookkeepingFocus on time management and detail orientationData-management and -follow-upGood communication skills, written and oralFluent in both German and EnglishPreferred Skills And QualificationsStudent in business studiesFirst experience in accountingReference LVM29381
