Accounting Manager (Contador 80% inglés)

Salary range: 1200 - 1400 USD per monthRoles and Responsibilities:Perform bank and credit card reconciliationsRecord daily sales and bank depositsEnter payables and credit card receiptsPrepare and send sales invoicesPost repetitive journal entries and net checksMaintain and update Excel spreadsheetsCollaborate within a team on multiple client accountsSkills:Takes initiative and drives tasks forward without needing constant direction.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication for client interactions.Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.Handles sensitive information with confidentiality and care.Remains calm and focused in high-pressure situations.Tech Stack Familiarity:Candidates should have experience with or be comfortable learning a variety of accounting, payment, and payroll platforms, including:Accounting Software: QuickBooks (Online & Desktop), Yardi, Sage, Concur, PCLawPayment & Expense Tools: Bill.com, Stripe, Square, MarginEdge, Ramp, ToastPayroll Systems: ADP, Gusto, Paylocity, Paychex, QuickBooks Payroll, Toast PayrollQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in accounting,  finance or related fired3+ years of accounting experience3+ years of experience with QuickBooks (Online and Desktop)3+ years of experience with Excel3+ years of payroll and accounts payable experienceAdvanced English (written and spoken) required.High-speed wired internet connection (200 mbps min.)Windows 10/11 or Mac ( 4 GB RAM, Intel i5 or similar)Physical Setting: Remote                        Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Eastern Time.
