Accounting Manager

Overview:The Senior Accounting Manager (RTR) is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of accounting and will assist in developing controls, SLAs, and KPIs.Responsibilities:Stabilization of newly transitioned processesOversee day-to-day operationsImplementation of established controls and KPIs. Will assist in enhancing as required.Second level of escalationLine manager of team leadersPre-process trainingFTE Calculation ReviewActivities that will be assigned by his immediate supervisor.Requirements:Bachelor of Science in Accounting graduate with at least 8 years of experiencePreferably Certified Public Accountant / MBAPrior experience as a ControllerAt least 3-5 years' experience in Record to Report (RTR), Financial Reporting/Analysis in a managerial capacity and outsourcing/offshoring/Shared Services setupKnowledgeable in accounting software preferably SAP, Quickbooks, NetSuite or Xero.Conversant in IFRS and US GAAPWilling to work on shifting schedules including graveyard shifts and during PH HolidaysMust be amenable to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa when work-in-office resumesCan start ASAP
