Our client, a growing Canadian manufacturer in the energy and electrical equipment sector, is hiring a full-time, on-site Finance & FP&A Lead and Accounting Manager.Position: Accounting Manager – Instrument Transformers DivisionLocation: Scarborough ON (5 days onsite)Employment Type: Full-Time/Perm• Lead all core accounting operations including AP, AR, cash management, and treasury activities, ensuring accuracy and control.• Own full-cycle financial close and reporting, including audit coordination and compliance with policies and internal controls.• Manage, coach, and review the work of the accounting team while remaining hands-on in day-to-day accounting deliverables.• Drive process optimization, system enhancements (SAP/ERP), and scalable accounting workflows to support business growth.Position: Finance & FP&A Lead– Instrument Transformers DivisionLocation: Pickering ON (5 days onsite)Employment Type: Full-Time/PermKey responsibilities include leading FP&A activities, managing monthly close and performance reporting, analyzing margins and EBITDA, approving CapEx/OpEx, and mentoring a team of finance professionals.• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, ensuring financial outcomes align with strategic and growth objectives.• Deliver insightful analysis of performance drivers, variances, KPIs, and trends that inform decisions and improve results.• Partner closely with operational and commercial leaders to influence strategies, challenge assumptions, and drive business performance.• Enhance FP&A systems, data integrity, and reporting automation — leveraging ERP/BI tools for scalable insights.• Mentor and guide a high-performing team while continuously strengthening processes, analytical capabilities, and financial discipline.Qualifications: CPA preferred, 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing finance, strong FP&A and SAP expertise, and a proven track record of improving financial processes.Thank you!Email: Priyankak@ifgpr.com
