Our expertise spans Accounting, Payroll and Business Process Outsourcing, tailored to meet the needs of both local and international businesses.Role DescriptionOversee period-end closing processes for assigned client portfolioPrepare management reports according to local GAAP and global standardsReview tax filings including Withholding, VAT, Corporate Tax, and Social Security declarationsProvide clear and timely responses to clients’ tax and accounting inquiriesSet up accounting systems for new clientsQualificationsAdvanced proficiency in written and spoken EnglishCertified Public Accountant (SMMM license)Strong knowledge of Turkish Tax and Social Security legislationExcellent consulting and advisory skillsStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesProven success in client management and satisfactionPreferably experienced in accounting outsourcing servicesMinimum 5 years of professional accounting experienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fieldsProficient in MS Office applicationsHands-on experience with ERP systemsTeam-oriented mindset with strong analytical skillsProblem-solving ability and initiative-taking attitudeSkilled in multitasking and managing priorities effectively
