Accounting Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities: 1.Budget Management:Responsible for budget planning, control, and analysis, improving the budget management process.Organize regular business review meetings, identify operational issues, and develop improvement measures.2.Financial Management:Oversee daily financial accounting to ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting records.Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure timely and accurate reporting.Improve financial management systems and conduct regular internal control and compliance checks to mitigate operational and financial risks.Manage accounts receivable, inventory, and fixed assets, organize regular asset inventories to ensure asset safety and completeness.3.Tax Management:Review the calculation and filing of various taxes in the European region to ensure timely tax compliance.Monitor and research changes in local tax policies, and adjust the company’s tax strategy accordingly.Cooperate with tax audits by providing required financial data and documentation.4.Communication and Coordination:Maintain close communication with the headquarters finance team and business departments to ensure accurate and efficient sharing of financial information.Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities to maintain positive external relationships.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field. A CPA certification is preferred.At least 5 years of relevant work experience. Experience in accounting and tax handling in the European region is preferred.Familiarity with European accounting standards and tax regulations. Proficient in financial accounting and tax processing, with hands-on experience using financial software (e.g., SAP).Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different departments and external institutions.High sense of responsibility and attention to detail, capable of accurately handling various financial data.Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new knowledge and policies, keeping financial and tax knowledge up to date.Strong compliance awareness, with the ability to strictly adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and internal company policies.Fluency in both Chinese and English.
