Accounting Manager (m/f/d)Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily accounting operations and financial reporting for a portfolio of client entities, ensuring full adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.Manage ongoing financial tasks efficiently and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time.Review financial statements prepared under LUX GAAP or IFRS and, where necessary, assess management accounts for accuracy and completeness.Prepare NAV computations, capital call documentation, and distribution calculations for client structures.Maintain precise accounting records, ensuring that all transactions are properly captured and reflected in the ledgers.Review accounting files produced by team members to ensure quality and compliance.Coordinate audit activities, liaising with auditors to ensure smooth progress toward key milestones and deadlines.Support senior management in various projects and initiatives as required.Possess a general understanding of Corporate Income Tax and VAT processes (advantageous but not mandatory).Handle client invoicing in line with company procedures.Guide, mentor, and supervise junior accountants within the team.ProfileBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.Approximately 6–8 years of relevant professional experience in accounting or financial reporting.Hands-on experience in bookkeeping and preparation of financial statements for domiciled entities.Familiarity with Luxembourg’s corporate and fund industry, including applicable regulations and reporting frameworks.Fluency in both German and English (spoken and written).Strong knowledge of LUX GAAP and/or IFRS standards.Demonstrated leadership and team development skills.Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication abilities.Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.What We OfferWork within a motivated, close-knit team that forms part of a growing business unit supported by experienced managers and partners.A stable, expanding organisation with an international client base and a collaborative work culture.Opportunities to contribute ideas and improvements to processes and client service delivery.A flexible environment designed to promote a healthy work-life balance.Continuous professional development and tailored training programs aligned with your career progression.Competitive compensation reflecting your expertise, performance, and commitment.
