The Accounting Officer must have a keen eye to details, persistent, trustworthy, reliable, punctual, organized, and dependable and has exercise excellent judgment and disposition. Excellent interpersonal skills, pleasant phone manner and familiarity with Word and Advance Excel are required.Job DescriptionDaily Bank Reconciliation and transaction analysis.Daily coordination of discrepancies.Consolidation of daily reconciliation reports. Consolidate monthly reports in preparations of the following: - Profit and loss - Trial Balance - Balance SheetEnsure accuracy of journal entries in general book of accounts in compliance with established accounting policies and procedures.Assist External Auditors during preparation of Annual Financial Statement.Others - Performs other substantially related duties that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate Superior.Files all report for future purposes.Bachelors Degree in Accounting or a related field of study.At least 3 years of working experience in General Accounting.Strong written and verbal communications skills.Positive work attitude can work under time pressure. Services oriented willing to render overtime whenever needed.Good in problem solving and has time management skills.
