With a talented global team and a unique international footprint, we help businesses scale worldwide.Role DescriptionWe are looking for an Accounting & Reporting Specialist Europe (Spain & Italy) for a full-time, 100% remote position (preferably based in the province of Barcelona). The role focuses on accounting and financial reporting for Spain and Italy, with close interaction with the European CFO and COO.Key responsibilities:Manage accounting and finance in SpainPrepare monthly closings for Italy & Spain: P&L, balance sheet, and cash flowMonitor client payments and ensure deadlines to maintain a stable cash flowCollaborate with business leaders in Spain and Italy, providing financial insights and supporting decision-makingEnsure compliance with local and international accounting standardsQualifications3–5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or audit (multinational experience is a plus)Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reportingAdvanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, large datasets, reporting)Fluent in Spanish and advanced English; Italian is a plusKnowledge of Netsuite is a plus (implementation in progress)Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a 100% remote setupBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
