We are dedicated to helping our clients achieve financial clarity and strategic growth.The RoleWe're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Accounting Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily accounting operations for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. You will also lead and mentor a team of junior accountants, review their work, and act as a key point of contact for our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise the daily and monthly accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements prepared by the accounting team.Manage month-end and year-end close processes for multiple clients.Ensure all accounting activities comply with local regulations and accounting standards (e.g., IFRS/Egyptian GAAP).Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to junior accounting staff.Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and deliver exceptional client service.Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.RequirementsLocation: Must be able to work from our office in Shiekh Zayed.Experience:Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or senior accounting role.Previous experience in a consulting firm or with multiple clients is a plus.Language: Fluent in written and spoken English is essential, as you will be communicating directly with international clients.Skills:Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Proven leadership and team-management skills.How to ApplyEasy Apply or send your updated CV to People_Culture@vcfoconsulting.com with the subject line: "Accounting Supervisor Application - Shiekh Zayed Branch".
