Accounting & Tax Manager

Our client is looking to recruit their next Accounting & Tax Manager.About the role.Oversee and manage all accounting functions liaising with relevant stakeholders.Prepare and present financial statements and management reports.Ensure compliance with LUXGAAP and other regulations.Management of bank transactions.Good knowledge and understanding of tax.Coordinate external audits and third parties.Drive process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.Required Skills.8-10 years of experience in accounting ( private equity / holding).Fluent in English. Any other languages are a plus.Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.Experience in tax compliance and regulatory reporting in LuxembourgStrong source of proposals to improve current working process.Strong Excel skills.
