We are a dynamic and ambitious team looking for a proactive and skilled professional to join our in-house finance department.Role DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Tax Accountant to manage our end-to-end financial operations. In Indonesia, accounting and tax functions are often specialized, but in this unique role, you will be the central point of contact for both. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional responsible for overseeing all general accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance for our diverse real estate projects. This is a critical role that requires meticulous attention to detail, a deep understanding of Indonesian tax law (Pajak), and a passion for driving financial excellence in a fast-paced development environment.Key Responsibilities:Full-Cycle Accounting:Manage all day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.Prepare and record asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries by compiling and analyzing account information.Oversee project-specific accounting, including tracking development costs, construction budgets, and sales revenue for our villa and apartment projects.Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).Tax Compliance & Strategy:Ensure full compliance with all Indonesian tax regulations, including PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh Final, and PPN (VAT).Prepare, calculate, and file monthly and annual tax returns accurately and on time.Manage all tax-related payments and maintain the company's tax records.Serve as the primary liaison with the Indonesian Tax Office (Kantor Pajak) and manage any audits or inquiries.Provide strategic advice on tax planning to optimize the company's financial position in relation to real estate transactions and development.Financial Reporting & Analysis:Develop and present financial reports to senior management, providing insights and analysis on project profitability, budget vs. actuals, and cash flow forecasts.Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting process.Maintain and strengthen internal controls to ensure the integrity of all financial data.Vendor & Stakeholder Management:Manage relationships with banks, external auditors, and tax consultants.Process payments to suppliers, contractors, and vendors in a timely manner.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within the real estate, construction, or hospitality industry in Indonesia.Mandatory: Proven, in-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.) and experience with e-Faktur and other tax reporting systems.Brevet A & B tax certification is highly desirable.Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Xero, Accurate, MYOB) and MS Excel.Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.What We Offer:A competitive salary and benefits package.The opportunity to be a key player in a prestigious and rapidly expanding company.A dynamic and supportive work environment in the beautiful setting of Bali.Significant opportunities for professional growth and development.
