Location: Pejaten, South JakartaWork Arrangement: WFO Monday - Friday, 09.00 - 17.00 WIBRequirements:1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Taxation.2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax, with a focus on manufacturing and retail sectors.3. Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, particularly those relevant to manufacturing, retail, and VAT.4. Experience in preparing corporate income tax returns, VAT filings, withholding tax, and other related tax compliance matters.5. Proficiency in tax accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).6. Detail-oriented, strong analytical skills, and able to coordinate effectively as a team and as individual contributor.Responsibilities:1. Ensure the accurate and timely preparation and submission of tax filings (VAT, Corporate Income Tax, Withholding Tax, etc.) for both manufacturing and retail operations.2. Assist in preparing periodic tax and financial reports for management review, ensuring full compliance with local tax regulations and accounting standards.3. Handle tax matters specific to the manufacturing sector, including managing exemptions, incentives, and tax credits such as VAT refunds and tax holidays.4. Oversee tax compliance related to retail operations, including sales tax (VAT), withholding taxes, and transfer pricing arrangements.5. Support the Finance Manager in identifying tax efficiency opportunities, managing tax risks, and providing guidance to ensure business operations comply with Indonesian tax regulations.6. Assist in preparing responses to tax authorities during audits and represent the company in resolving tax assessments or disputes.7. Collaborate closely with other departments (Finance, Accounting, Legal, etc.) to provide tax advice and ensure the seamless integration of tax strategies into overall business operations.
