Job Description

We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced and motivated Accounts Administrator on behalf of our client in the automotive industryDuties & Responsibilities· Manage the processing of invoices and credit notes.· Manage the Debtors ledger and ensure timely collection.· Manage all queries from Customers in relation to their accounts.· Post bank receipts and payments to our ledger daily.· Complete Bank reconciliations for bank accounts.· Reconcile and post cash receipts for our dealership.· Collaborate closely with different members of the finance team.· Assist with the year-end audit.· Cover various finance processes to cover annual leave.The Person:The successful candidate will have/be:· Previous experience in an Accounts role is essential.· Strong communication, time management and administration skills.· Positive energy and attitude.· Be efficient with a keen eye for detail.· Adopt a hands-on approach and assist others when required.· Good IT skills including - MS Excel, Word, Outlook.· Experience and understanding of administration practices.
