An Accounts and Student Affairs Manager at an O and A'levels educational institution in Bahria Town, Rawalpindi.Location: Bahria Town Phase 7, RawalpindiTimings: 4 pm to 8 pmDays: Monday to SaturdayResponsibilities1. Accounts & Financial ManagementBilling & Invoicing: Generate and issue timely tuition fee invoices to all students across all three campuses.Fee Collection: Track and record all incoming payments, manage follow-ups on outstanding fees, and reconcile bank statements.Petty Cash & Expense Management: Manage and record day-to-day academy expenses and petty cash, ensuring accurate documentation.Reporting: Prepare basic monthly financial summaries for management.2. Student Affairs & AdmissionsNew Admissions: Handle the entire admissions process, from initial inquiry and registration to student orientation and record creation.Student Data Management: Maintain a comprehensive and confidential database of all 100+ students, including personal details, academic history, and contact information.Academic Records: Systematically record, track, and report student marks, attendance, and performance data from faculty, generating periodic performance reports for management and parents.3. Parent Communication & CoordinationPrimary Contact: Serve as the main administrative liaison between the academy and parents for all non-academic inquiries.Correspondence: Manage and coordinate regular communications with parents regarding fees, attendance, performance reports, and general academy announcements (via email, SMS, or calls).Query Resolution: Efficiently and professionally handle and redirect parent and student queries to the appropriate staff members.4. General AdministrationResource Management: Manage and coordinate the distribution of basic administrative and student resources across the three campuses.Office Organization: Maintain an organized and efficient Head Office environment and filing system.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.Proven experience (1-3 years) in a similar administrative, accounts, or student affairs role, preferably within an educational institution.Exceptional organizational skills and a high attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets is mandatory for accounts and data management.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.A professional, friendly, and empathetic demeanor when dealing with students and parents.Familiarity with the O'Levels/A'Levels system is a plus.Must be based in Rawalpindi/Islamabad and available to work from the Bahria Town Phase 7 Head Office.
