Accounts Executive – General Accounting & AdministrationWe are seeking an Accounts Executive – General Accounting & Admin to support our Finance team in ensuring accurate, timely processing of accounting transactions. This role covers trade and non-trade invoice processing, general ledger updates, and administrative duties, while also providing support for treasury and tax-related activities.Key Responsibilities1. Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable (Trade & Non-Trade)Receive, verify, and process all non-trade and office-related vendor invoices to the correct GL accounts and cost centres.Record and process recharge invoices from related companies.2. Salary, Staff Claims & Expensify ProcessingReview and post staff reimbursement claims (via Expensify or manual submissions) with accurate GL coding and cost-centre allocation.3. Bank Transactions & ReconciliationsPost cargo / non-cargo related bank transactions (e.g., office payments, staff reimbursements, petty cash, admin-related payments).Reconcile bank postings with statements and ensure all supporting documents are properly filed.Assist with monthly bank reconciliations for all accounts.4. Intercompany ReconciliationPerform monthly reconciliation of intercompany balances.5. Treasury SupportAssist with treasury-related tasks, including payment processing and online banking transactions.6. Audit CoordinationSupport annual statutory audits by preparing required documentation and responding to auditor requests.7. General Administrative SupportHandle general administrative duties, including filing and document archiving.Assist with ad-hoc tasks and support team initiatives as assigned.Desired Skills & ExperienceDiploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.Fresh graduates are welcome.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.Proactive, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a dynamic finance environment.Good communication and interpersonal skills.
