Goldeneye Developers Ltd. is looking for Accounts ManagerJob Description / ResponsibilityMaintain project-wise accounting for all real estate projects (land, building, or plotting).Record and verify booking money, down payments, registration fees, and other customer transactions.Handle all land purchase–related accounting including registration cost, commission, and documentation fees.Maintain daily cash flow, bank deposits, cheque issuance, and reconciliation. • Prepare voucher entries, general ledger, journal, and bank books accurately. • Ensure timely vendor and supplier bill verification and payment.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements and management reports.Ensure proper compliance with VAT, TAX, and AIT regulations under NBR.Assist management in budget preparation, project cost analysis, and profitability reports.Coordinate with Sales and Land departments to ensure updated payment and financial data.Supervise the accounts team, review daily entries, and ensure accuracy in all transactions.Maintain internal controls to protect company assets and prevent financial discrepancies.Liaise with auditors, banks, and government offices for financial operations and audits.Manage accounting software such as Tally ERP / QuickBooks / Odoo / MS Excel effectively.Educational RequirementsMaster of Business Administration (MBA) in AccountingMaster of Business Administration (MBA) in FinanceMaster of Professional Finance (MPF) in AccountingMaster of Professional Finance (MPF) in FinanceCA (CC) or Partly Qualified (from ICAB or relevant professional body)Experience Requirements8 to 10 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate,DeveloperJob LocationDhaka (GULSHAN 1)
