Robust quality procedures and Poke Yoke processes will assure our customers with best-in-class quality products.High emphasizes on training, team building, and continuous learning and career building and a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant with happy employees and satisfied customers.POSITION SUMMARY:The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing of all vendor invoices and payment activities. This role works closely within a collaborative finance team to maintain vendor relationships, support financial reporting, and uphold internal control standardsMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 1.Diploma or bachelor’s degree major in finance, accounting or similar.2.Min. 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company.3. Brevet A&B is preferable4.Proficiency level of English is required (verbal and written).5.Proficient knowledge of statutory accounting.6.Good knowledge of MS-Office Tools.7.Structured and organized method of operation, with professional manner and an affinity to numbers.8.Independent, motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility and trustworthiness.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Process PO and Non-PO invoices in the ID Domain, ensure timely and accurate posting into QAD according to the closing schedule, and maintain organized digital scan archives.Identify and classify applicable taxes (Article 23/26, Article 4(2), Article 25) on AP invoices and prepare the invoices required for monthly tax reporting.Issue PPBJ through INSW and distribute the documents to suppliers as needed.Review supplier Statements of Account (SOA) and communicate confirmations or discrepancies via the sea.ap email account as part of the monthly SOA process.Support monthly supplier bank payments by verifying completeness of required documents (invoice, delivery order, PO, airway bill).Analyze un-vouchered aging balances and prepare the monthly GRNI report.Prepare monthly AP Capex and Non-Capex reports for BPC closing activities.Compile monthly supplier purchase trend details for year-to-date reporting.Provide the Purchasing team with the PO Open ID Domain listing for further analysis.Track CIP and tooling invoices in the ID Domain for chargeback processing.Manage vendor onboarding in the ID Domain, including document completeness checks and onsite audits.Summarize and track freight chargeback invoices and coordinate the approval process via PBI (DHL/UPS/FedEx).Prepare detailed monthly freight-by-air listings for MOR reporting to the SG Domain.Manage petty cash reimbursements, ensuring proper documentation, recording, and cash control.Process and record scrap sales transactions received from scrap vendors.Monitor and control company stamp/chop usage and provide monthly reports.Prepare reports related to Other Burden, utilities (water and electricity), paper usage, operating supplies, and maintenance & repair.Prepare monthly OPEX variance reports, assist with annual budgetingCompile Supply Chain Sustainability reports through Benchmark Gensuite and the Sustainable Development Reporting System (SDRS).Provide supporting data for meals & entertainment and phone billing for annual CIT calculations.Supply required data for annual BPS (Badan Pusat Statistik) reporting.Organize and maintain proper filing of all documents—both hardcopy and softcopy.Support activities related to hard closing, as well as internal and external audits.Perform other ad-hoc financial reporting tasks and support additional projects as required.
