Job Description
Coopman Search and Selection are delighted to partner with a leading Dublin-based aircraft lessor who are seeking to add an Accounts Payable professional to their growing finance team.Key Responsibilities:Process high-volume supplier invoices in a multi-currency, multi-entity environmentEnsure accurate coding, VAT/tax treatment and compliance with internal controlsPrepare weekly payment runs and process wire transfersReconcile credit card/travel statements and manage vendor queriesSupport month-end close, status reporting and intercompany rechargesMaintain vendor master data and resolve payment issuesAssist with AP process improvements, policies and documentationCore Competencies:2+ years’ Accounts Payable experience, ideally in a multinational environmentBusiness-related qualification preferredStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlinesExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsProficient in Microsoft Office; experience with accounting systems (e.g. CMS, NetSuite) a plusAdaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environmentIf you’re passionate about moving into the Aircraft Leasing sector and thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact role, we’d love to hear from you.
