Accounts Payable Accountant

We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Accountant to join our dynamic team and help ensure smooth and timely processing of vendor invoices.Your Responsibilities:As our Accounts Payable Accountant, you will:Be responsible for the end-to-end processing of vendor invoices using Medius and SAP S4Hana.Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices.Perform 3-way matching to ensure accuracy and compliance.Reconcile Account Payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.Actively follow up on internal communications regarding outstanding invoices, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.Collaborate with procurement and other internal stakeholders to maintain a high standard of financial operations.What we do for youWe offer you the opportunity to join one of the world’s premier research centers in nanotechnology at its headquarters in Leuven, Belgium.
