Learn more about us at https://www.trustwave.com.About The RoleThe Accounts Payable Accountant will handle day-to-day responsibilities related to the company’s accounts payable functions.We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated professional, happy to have a hands-on role and you will get involved in a wide range of processes, in order to understand and implement improvements and standardization. You will report to the Global Accounts Payable Manager in Warsaw.Key tasks for this ambitious and outgoing candidate will include the following, but are not limited to:Collaborating with vendors on resolution of outstanding accounting cases (i.e. rejected invoices, statements of accounts)Uploading to the system, coding and booking invoices, support transactions and resolve issuesDaily handling of shared AP mailboxesFollowing up and resolving open balances and inquiriesReviewing and approving vendor master data changes and expense reports for employeesSupporting employees from specific locations within accounting/ payment issuesPerforming Month End closing tasks Preparing payment proposalsAssume additional responsibilities as needed.About YouStrong knowledge of AP processes and P2P areasAt least 2 years of experience in an accounts payable departmentExperience in transferring processes from companies, implementing improvements , standardizing and creating process documentation.Experience using cloud-based financial systems – ideally NetsuiteCoupa, Stampli and Emburse experience is an advantageProficient in Excel and WordAbility to work independentlyExperience in a fast-paced scale-up environment highly desirableGreat communication skills and a constructive mindset towards challengesAbility and willingness to learnSelf-driven, proactive and flexibleFeeling of ownership and responsibility for the tasksTeam player, with can do attitudeEducationA high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college or university degree is a plusWe Offercontract of employment sport card/ co-financing of vacationlife insurancemedical insurance lunch cardannual bonus employee assistance program (EAP)the employee pension scheme (PPE)support in obtaining professional certifications This is a remote opportunity open to anyone legally authorized to work in Poland.
