About the RoleReporting to a senior finance leader, you will be responsible for managing invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliations, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
You will also support month-end close activities, respond to vendor inquiries, and participate in ad hoc projects that drive process improvements across the department. What You’ll DoHandle day-to-day accounts payable activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. Prepare and execute payment runs, while keeping financial records complete and up to date. Respond to vendor inquiries and provide clear, timely information. Maintain vendor databases, including account, banking, and compliance details. Assist with account reconciliations and support financial reporting cycles. Help process company credit card transactions and reconcile expenses. Contribute to audits, reporting tasks, and ongoing process enhancements.
What You Bring2 years+ Experience in accounts payable, finance, or a similar administrative accounting role. Degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or equivalent experience. Solid working knowledge of spreadsheets and general accounting software. Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail. Clear communication skills and a professional approach to working with others. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively.
