Accounts Payable Specialist

We’re looking for a highly motivated Accounts Payable specialist to take ownership of the Accounts Payable function in fast-paced Sports businesses. This is initially 6-month contract, offering the chance to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative team environment in the Sports industry. The company requires someone who has a minimum 3 years experience in AP. Candidates must be able to start on or before 10th November. About the Role:You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the Accounts Payable function and support the business with a Concur implementation.Key Responsibilities:Accounts Payable:Own the purchase order and invoice processing cycle across multiple entitiesPost and code purchase invoices accurately in ConcurManage supplier inboxes, resolve queries, and reconcile supplier statementsEnforce expense policies and process expense claimsMaintain the aged creditor ledger and complete monthly reconciliationsSupport supplier onboarding and anti-fraud checks
