Accounts Payable Specialist

We are looking for a Treasury & Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team in Argentina!Your responsibilities:Ensure the end-to-end accounts payable process.Process payment orders and manage tax withholdings in the NAV system.Provide support to external suppliers and internal stakeholders.Manage the payment due dates calendar.Perform account reconciliations for suppliers and employees.Record bank transactions in the management system.Assist and provide support in Treasury activities and accounting tasks within the department.Manage the digital filing system (Kibsi, OneDrive, etc.).Send supporting documentation to external advisors and auditors.Your profile:Previous experience in accounts payable processes and documentation.Student or graduate of Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.Knowledge of Treasury and Accounting.Familiarity with online banking platforms.Upper Intermediate level of English.
