This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and people-focused professional to take the lead in driving efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement across the accounts payable process and will see the successful candidate guiding and supporting a team of AP Specialists.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor the AP team to foster collaboration and growthReview and approve invoicesIdentify and implement process improvements to streamline invoice and payment proceduresBuild and maintain strong vendor relationships, managing SLAs and resolving any issues Prepare reports on AP metrics, payment cycles and outstanding invoices for senior managementEnsure adherence to internal controls, company policies, and financial regulationsCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance operational efficiencyKey SkillsPrevious experience leading a team in a fast-paced, high-volume AP environment Strong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in accounting software (ERP systems) and advanced Excel skillsHighly organised and motivated with excellent attention to detailDue to the high volume of applications received, we regret that we are unable to respond to all applications.
