About the jobWe are the game changer in pharmaceutical transportation across Europe, driven by passion for excellence and sustainability.At our offices in San Marco Evangelista (Caserta, Italy) we are currently seeking for a dynamic and talented Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Clerk.Main objectiveThe role carries out accounts receivable and accounts payable activities to ensure smooth running of invoicing and payment activities.Key responsibilitiesGeneral accountingInvoicing activityChecking invoices and shipmentsExecution of bank payments and transfersSalary paymentsOther tasks as deemed necessary to support the Finance & Administration departmentExperienceMinimum 3 years of experience working in the accounts receivable and accounts payable domain, in the parcels/groupage/pallets/express transport sectorKnowledge of general accounting principles and practiceSkills & CompetenciesStrong MS Excel skillsEnglish intermediate (level B1 in the CEFR scale); Italian native or bilingual.Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.Excellent organisational skills.Must have a flexible approach to work and be capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proactive approachSolid interpersonal communication and intercultural skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and to work with and empathise with colleagues and customers from varied backgrounds and cultures.A previous exposure to the pharmaceutical sector is a plus.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or equivalent work experienceCore Values & Culture FitOur core values describe what is important to us as an organization.
