This is a trainee position, and the incumbent will be provided with regular training.How You'll Create ImpactReceive regular training as and when agreed in a training programme, to understand the general activities of the Finance Team and deliver financial services to the organizationAssists in providing general administrative support to the Finance Team including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General and Ad-hoc supportAssists Accounts Receivable Team in collecting sets of documentation to ensure payment by Government HospitalsAssists the Finance Manager in setting Standard Operating Procedures relative to Public HealthcareReporting (content and format as agreed) monthly as agreedAchieve agreed personal targets and assists the Line Manager in achieving agreed team targetsReceive training so that you can ensure compliance to agreed codes, legislation, and procedures including health and safetyMaintain accurate records/documentation associated with your workAdhere to all organisational policies and proceduresInteract and co-operate with all members of the organisation and its suppliers and clients/customersWhat Makes You Stand OutGood standard of Education.Strong communication skills.Motivational Skills.Your Background Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field An initial understanding of Finance and challenges related to/with Finance Basic understanding of administration and the general office environment High integrity and honesty in all dealings Good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills Fluent in English, both written and spokenTravel ExpectationsEOE/M/F/Vet/Disability
